Laurel has been working with the Rand Family since 1997. The Nanuet office continues to grow in size and production and has been a consistent winner of Prudential’s highly regarded “Cornerstone Award” – which awards the top one percent of Prudential offices in terms of sales performance and operational excellence. As a graduate of the New York State Association of Realtors Instructor Training Institute, Laurel is a certfied instructor and currently working on an advanced coaching certificate. As the Co-Chair of the recent Foreclosure Prevention Workshop with managing partners Greg Rand and Paul Adler, they were successful in bringing the first of three public service events to the public with local state and federal agencies presenting reliable information to homeowners in the Hudson Valley needing assistance.
