Meralda Moehrle is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, working out of the Nanuet Office.  A real estate veteran for 10 years, she is well-regarded in the industry for her professionalism, strong negotiating skills and her knowledge of the latest technology in real estate practice.  Meralda prides herself not only in her dedication to her clients but also for her ability to get them the best deal possible, whether selling or purchasing a home. She successfully represents both buyers and sellers in Rockland and Orange County and specializes in the first time home buyer, sales of existing homes, new construction, investment properties, short sales, foreclosures and rentals.

Meralda is a member of the Rockland Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Greator Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service and Marketing Specialist Servicing all of Rockland County.  A native of Queens but a resident of Rockland for 12 years, she is passionate about her local community. For years she was active in the South Orangetown PTA where her children attended school and dedicated to her parish. She currently lives in South Orangetown with her husband and sons.
