As a Rockland County resident for over 25 years, Joanne is deeply committed to the people and communities that she services. Joanne is most proud of her three grown children, two of whom are public school teachers and one of whom works on Wall Street. She enjoyed being a member of the Clarkstown Viking Touchdown Club, and was the first woman president of the club.
