Claudia M. Vaccaro, has been a Warwick resident for over a quarter century.  She began her career here as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1975, became a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1979, and four years after that opened her first office on South Street in Warwick.  Claudia Vaccaro Real Estate, Inc. continued to grow, and in 1989, Claudia moved the agency to the lovely Victorian-style building at 12 Maple Avenue in the Village of Warwick.  In August, 2009, Claudia Vaccaro Real Estate, Inc. joined with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, where Claudia continues her career as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Claudia Vaccaro has been awarded designation of Certified Residential Specialist by the Residential Sales Council.  This honor is given to those who have developed special sales skills and have enhanced their residential sales knowledge through study, dedication, and proven experience.

Claudia is dedicated to quality service and is deeply connected to the Warwick Valley.  By exclusively listing and marketing properties in Warwick and the surrounding areas, including New Jersey, Claudia Vaccaro is in the position of offering clients, both buyers and sellers, the best expertise with which to meet and exceed their needs.

Claudia continues her commitment to Warwick as an active community servant.  She served for over 10 years on the Board of Trustees for St. Anthony's Hospital.  She co-chaired the Warwick steering committee in 2000 and co-chaired the committee for the Warwick Business Improvement District from 2001-2001.  She is a long time member of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Warwick Historical Society.
