Currently residing in Town of Crawford, NY, Renee Zurlo has been an Orange County resident for over 28 years. She started her real estate career in 1994 as a licensed salesperson and soon after moved into management. After almost 13 years in management and training, Renee has joined the Better Homes&Gardens-Rand Realty team. As Regional Development Manager in the Central Valley office, Renee is excited about the tremendous opportunities ahead to utilize her skills for recruiting, training and coaching.
In addition to holding memberships in the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service and the Orange County, New York State and National Association of Realtors, Renee is a strong advocate in giving back to an industry that has given her so much by serving on the Orange County Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committe and Education Advisory Group. She is a New York State Approved Real Estate Instructor teaching on various levels for the Orange County Association of Realtors and the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service. 
In addition to launching the real estate careers of scores of new sales associates with training, support and coaching, Renee believes education is important on all levels and strives to provide our associates with the necessary tools to be the very best in the industry.
