In his tenure Brendan has cultivated a keen understanding of everything from in site and facility development, construction scheduling and budgeting, and overseeing subcontractors to developing/implementing regional acquisitions, build-outs and renovation programs for developers. Brendan received his New York State real estate license in 1987 and his broker’s license in 2002. He is also licensed in Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Connecticut State University. Brendan is an active member of the New York State Association of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors, Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service, Mid - Hudson Multiple Listing Service, Orange County Partnership and Orange County Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Goshen, New York with his family.
