Joan is a lifelong Rockland County resident. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters in Business degree from the State University of New York at Albany. She is a former chairperson for the Suffern Junior Woman's Club and supports other local charities and organizations. She is also a member of the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service.
