Nancy Thomas is a Licensed Associate Broker and REO Division Manager with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, working out of the Nanuet Office.  A Real Estate veteran, Short Sale Specialist and Relocation Agent for over 29 years, she is well-regarded in the industry for her professionalism,strong negotiating skills and her knowledge of the latest technology in real estate practice.  She successfully represents both buyers and sellers in the Hudson Valley Community and specializes in REO properties including but not limited to Rockland, Orange, Westchester, New Jersey and the Bronx.  Nancy is the first agent in the area to market REO properties, as well as the first to work with Freddie Mac.
