Selling with Rand – What’s involved
We have an easy, friendly approach to getting your home on the market and sold quickly for the best price. First, you’ll meet with your agent, who will familiarize you with the sales process, introduce you to our service and marketing campaign, review the market to determine your pricing environment, and determine your needs, goals, and concerns in selling your home.
Ready, Set, Sell!
Once your ready to move forward, your Rand agent will do all the work necessary to kick off your home’s marketing with a blitz of activity to seize the attention of potential buyers and brokers, and will work with you on preparing your home for sale through detailing, cleaning, and staging.
Once you’re home is actively on the market, your Rand agent will be hard at work marketing the property, communicating with buyers and agents, and watching the market, while you will be keeping the home available and looking great for any showings.
Closing in on the Sale
As the serious buyers begin to arrive, your Rand agent will be negotiating offers. Soon the right offer will arrive and your agent will assist in drafting and signing contracts, conducting an inspection, and facilitating your transaction.
You have an accepted offer!
Once you’ve accepted an offer, your agent will guide you to start preparing to move out and get ready for your closing. They will continue to facilitate the transaction through the walkthrough all the way up to the closing.
